Limited Lifetime Warranty:
Our limited lifetime warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable. Crawler Ready, LLC will replace its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Crawler Ready, LLC will also replace products that fail from normal wear. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to products that results from improper installation, abuse, misuse, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty covers only the replacement of defective Crawler Ready, LLC products, as provided above. Crawler Ready, LLC is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any additional damage or cost incurred during the installation or removal of its products. In no event shall Crawler Ready, LLC be liable for damage in excess of the purchase price, for any loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits, or saving or any incidental, special, consequential, direct or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use such product, to the full extent as such may be disclaimed by law.
Warranty Information:
Customers who wish to warranty one of our products are required to go through the original source where the product was purchased. To obtain warranty service, you must include the product part number with a detailed description of the problem. You must also include proof of the date of original retail purchase as evidence that the product is within the applicable warranty period. We require a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number for each product being returned for warranty reasons. To obtain an RMA number you must email us at sales@crawlerready.com. Once you have obtained an RMA number from Crawler Ready, LLC, you must, within thirty (30) days, send the product freight-prepaid to:

The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package. Failure to list the RMA number prominently on the outside of the package will delay processing the warranty claim. The returned product will become the property of Crawler Ready, LLC. The replacement product will be shipped at Crawler Ready, LLC’s expense. The replacement product will continue to be covered under the limited lifetime warranty for original purchaser.
